Terms and conditions for a listing on Implantat-Berater

Cost, term and notice period of a listing

A listing on implantat-berater.de is subject to a charge. To cover our costs we charge an annual fee of €58.00 including statutory VAT. The listing runs for an unlimited period but can be cancelled at any time with one month's notice; any pro-rata portion of the annual fee is not refunded.

Your listing appears in the practice directory of implantat-berater.de, implantat-berater.ch and implantat-berater.at.

Data collected when a listing is entered in the implantat-berater.de database

When you complete the online form, the data recorded there is used for internal administrative purposes. In addition, the data you provide in the fields of the registration form (with the exception of your password) is published on the "practice directory" pages of implantat-berater.de, implantat-berater.ch and implantat-berater.at.

Consent

In order to publish your data in the dentist directory we depend on your consent. The data is not used for any purpose beyond the one described here. You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.

The declaration of consent you give with your application reads: "I agree that the content of the fields name, address, town, postcode, telephone, fax, e-mail, URL and areas of focus may be published on the 'practice directory' pages of implantat-berater.de, implantat-berater.ch and implantat-berater.at."

At the end of the registration process you will find a button labelled "Enter details in database". By clicking that button you declare that you have given this consent.
